Retirement Community Developer Announces Lakes of Mount Dora
Retirement Community Developer Announces Lakes of Mount Dora
(PRWEB) March 16, 2005
Pringle Development, a leading developer and residential homebuilder of adult communities in central Florida announced their latest community, Lakes of Mount Dora.
Lakes of Mount Dora will be located just north of the downtown area of Mount Dora on SR 44. The development of the retirement community will be approximately 550 acres and will have 950 single family homes upon completion.
The homes in the new adult community will feature facades with higher roof pitches and stone accents designed to achieve an upscale New England look. The residential homes will be constructed to be Energy Star compliant, offering the benefits of lower monthly bills and increased levels of comfort.
The retirement communityÂs 18,000 square-foot waterfront clubhouse will host numerous indoor activities and be surrounded by a fitness trail, tennis courts and a designer pool, among other outdoor amenities. The focal point of the community is the navigable lake system where many homes will enjoy waterfront views and a lifestyle that supports fishing and boating in craft less than 18Â powered by electric motors or the human occupants themselves. No gasoline powered boats will be allowed on the integral lake system although adjacent Loch Leven, which fronts one of the retirement communityÂs park areas, does permit larger, conventionally powered motorboats.
