The magazine’s “The Short List: 50 Best Master-Planned Communities in the United States,” which will appear in the July/August issue on newsstands, includes Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria, Arizona and Trilogy at Monarch Dunes in Nipomo, California.
Where to Retire editors began gathering information on more than 150 communities across the nation about a year ago and zeroed in on those “that are amenity-rich, with clubhouses, recreation and activities to help residents stay fully engaged.” The list includes communities profiled in alphabetical order from 17 states, including places beyond traditional retirement havens.
